Erwin Morf completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter in Volketswil. After his apprenticeship, he worked in various companies in the region. Erwin Morf then moved abroad. As an itinerant journeyman - known as the "Hamburg carpenter" - he traveled halfway around the world and earned his spurs.

In April 2001, he realized his professional dream and founded the company Erwin Morf GmbH, Qualitätsarbeit für Holzbau. In 2003, he also acquired the roofing company Piatti Bedachungen in Volketswil. Today, he is known in the region under the name Erwin Morf GmbH, Qualitätsarbeit für Holzbau und Bedachungen. 

Erwin Morf GmbH has realized various conversions and renovations according to individual customer requirements since its foundation. Larger and smaller repairs are also carried out promptly and with the utmost care. Clients are private individuals and real estate management companies. Erwin Morf supports his customers with good ideas and sound specialist knowledge. 

This long-standing collaboration with qualified tradespeople allows him to offer the services of a general contractor even as a small business. On request, he can put together a complete construction budget for you. His top priority is the customer's wishes. The idea for my project came from the hikers and cyclists who were in the area. I was often asked if this was a "pub". Actually a good idea. Because with the key to Eintracht, the only "Spüntli" in the village, there's no need for a short shave, a cozy get-together between Effretike and Kyburg. With my "Bäsebeiz" I make it possible for hikers, cyclists and poorer villagers to have a nice coffee break, a snack break, a snack stop or simply a meeting point without having to sit in the car.
