Our history

The Oi Ma' restaurant was born from the Tortora family's heart and passion for Italian and "Neapolitan" cuisine.

But then, Oi Ma', what does that mean?

Ma' is the mamma, the Italian mother who is called in the south, more specifically in the Neapolitan dialect saying Oi Ma', dove sei, where are you?

Oi Ma' is all about the south, a warm, family atmosphere and immersion in a strictly Neapolitan environment to explore the exclusive flavors, smells and colors of Campania that Maurizio Tortora has sought to recreate with such passion and love.

It's impossible not to be tempted by an excellent Neapolitan pizza that's easy to digest and topped with authentic, quality ingredients.

In addition to pizza, Maurizio's restaurants are known for their fresh pasta, made by his wife Silvia,  with recipes handed down from generation to generation.

It's a passion for the culinary arts and the importance of relying on a skilled, collaborative team that has made him a great restaurateur abroad.
