• It is not recommended to have very hard water in the home: limescale reacts with alkaline substances such as soap and precipitates when the water is boiled or evaporates. The result?

Limescale builds up in domestic appliances such as boilers, washing machines, kettles, coffee makers, taps, shower heads, hot water pipes, etc.

• Manufacturers recommend descaling boilers every two to three years at most to validate the warranty. It is necessary to check the condition of the tank, the seal, and the anode.

• Desludging or sludge removal is strongly recommended, as the water in the heating system is loaded with minerals, metal oxides, and impurities that form sludge. This sludge gradually clogs the system, reducing heat exchange efficiency and increasing energy consumption.
