Trainers

We train young people in the versatile profession of gunsmith. Training topics such as wood and metalworking, ballistics and long-range optics contribute to the fact that this apprenticeship is highly sought after by young people with a talent for craftsmanship. There are only a few companies in Switzerland that still offer this demanding 4-year apprenticeship. We are proud of the many young tradespeople who have successfully completed their apprenticeship with us and are now making an important contribution to the success of the economy.

We are a team of gunsmiths with two apprentices. The range of services includes classic woodwork such as stock making and fitting, stock layering and wood refinishing. Metal processing work such as milling, turning, filing, thread cutting and fitting are the basis for specialist work such as scope fitting, barrel fitting, repairs and trigger adjustments etc. and barrel modifications. A good knowledge of ballistics and long-range optics is an important prerequisite for talking to customers and shooting weapons.
