About the Chäs-König GmbH

Our traditional cheese dairy has been family-owned for over 25 years and has been run by Philipp Piller since 2016. Since then, we have stood for sustainable and high-quality products from the Freiburg region.

In our private cheese dairy, almost everything is still made by hand directly in the cheese dairy. You can also buy our regional cheese in our store in Plasselb. Our specialties such as Vacherin Fribourgeois bear the AOP seal of quality. This means that we not only source the milk directly from our farmers in the region, but also process and mature the cheese on our premises.

You will not only find the fine Vacherin from the Fribourg region, but also fondue mixes, mountain cheese and much more. Come and visit us, we look forward to your visit!
