Ô Vergers d'Ajoie is a Swiss museum dedicated to fruit and distillation. It offers interactive activities for all, tracing the journey of produce from orchard to table. The gourmet hall showcases local Jura products, including Damassine PDO, Tête de Moine PDO and Saucisse d'Ajoie PGI. The Grange Ô Fruits showcases the major Swiss fruits, while the Hangar Ô Alambics unveils the world of eaux-de-vie. The cellar offers a unique tasting experience. HALLE Ô GOURMANDISES

La halle aux gourmandises offers you the widest choice of local products from the Jura and Bernese Jura, produced by the best regional artisans: fresh seasonal fruit and processed fruit (juices, syrups, jams, vinegars....), cheeses and dairy products, charcuterie and meat products, sweets and cookies, flour, eggs, bread and regional specialties such as Toétché or Gateau du Cloître. For your enjoyment or that of your friends, a wide choice of local baskets (put together by us or chosen by yourselves) are sure to delight.

The gourmet hall is THE showcase for regional local products, and in particular those of the "Specialités du Canton du Jura" and "Jura bernois Produits du terroir" brands. From the origins of fruit to our plates...

The fruit barn presents the 5 most widely grown fruits in Switzerland (apple, pear, plum, cherry, apricot) in a fun, interactive tour. You'll discover how to propagate and cultivate fruit trees, how to produce quality fruit, learn a little about their history, test your knowledge of fruit cooking and discover the distinctive signs of quality for processed products (PDO / PGI). Finally, we'll learn more about the star of Jura orchards: the red Damasson, from which Damassine AOP is produced.

HANGAR Ô ALAMBICS

Alambics and eaux-de-vie, what are their stories? How does a still work, and how are quality brandies made?

Discover the answers to these questions through two spaces: an interactive still and a show featuring...the collection of stills from the former Swiss Alcohol Board. This space allows visitors to discover Swiss alcohol policy from 1887 to 2015, demonstrate how a still works and showcase the different types of stills through the unique collection of the former Swiss Alcohol Board.

Ô CAVEAU DES EAUX-DE-VIE

The eaux-de-vie cellar offers a unique range of eaux-de-vie from all Swiss cantons, including regional specialties such as Damassine PDO, and a range of eaux-de-vie awarded medals in competitions such as DistiSuisse and Swiss Spirit Award

Ô CHAPITEAU

The 150-seat marquee. Its tarpaulins can be opened or closed, leaving a wide choice of arrangements for enjoying the beauty outside or creating a cocoon inside, depending on circumstances and weather conditions.

SENTIER DE LA DAMASSINE

The Damassine trail will be inaugurated in the spring of 2020. Extending the footpath linking the Porrentruy train station to ÔVA from the chapel of Lorette, it will introduce walkers to the history of AOC Damassine from its introduction to the Jura by knights returning from the Crusades, right up to its current production.
