Fridez Johann has  trained as a pollutant diagnostician.

For any building permit application relating to a building constructed and/or converted before 1991, we are able to provide this specific service.

Pollutants of interest :

• Asbestos>

• Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs)

• Heavy metals (in paints)

• Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)

• Chlorinated kerosenes chlorinated (short-chain)

Or other harmful substances in construction, for example in the case of pollutionresulting from industrial or artisanal operations

When to carry out a diagnosis?

When demolishing or converting a building, a diagnosis of the pollutants present in the building will help to identify
any hazardous materials (asbestos, PCBs, lead paint, other toxic substances) so that, if necessary, measures to protect workers and the environment
can be taken when the work is carried out, and an appropriate disposal concept established as soon as possible
