History

Soon, Dr. Peter Von der Mühll joined the partnership, turning the firm into a notary office as well. Until Andreas Waldmann joined in 1982, this trio worked together without change. In 1987, Dr. Heinz Lukas Faesch, the founder's son, joined, who has served as the President of the Criminal Court of Basel-Stadt since 2004.

With Daniel Olstein's entry in 1991, our firm was named Waldmann Faesch & Partner, becoming the first law firm with a company name in Basel.

Today, we operate under the name WALDMANN PETITPIERRE.
