Vine growing has been a tradition in our family for generations. While our ancestors focused more on self-sufficiency, today it is a main source of income on our farm. Our farm is located in a forest clearing with a size of 5.5 ha and about 1 km above the village center of Pratteln.

 

Until 1993, our parents ran a successful dairy farm with their own offspring. As our dairy barn was too small and our milk quota too low, the question arose "Should we invest in dairy farming or viticulture?". They opted for viticulture and switched from dairy farming to extensive suckler cow husbandry

Our Wystübli is the perfect place to spend a cozy time with family or colleagues. We take care of drinks and food while you relax and enjoy the moment. If you have a request, please fill out the contact form.

The Wystübli is located in a charming wooden building, reminiscent of a cozy mountain hut and decorated with old tools from viticulture and viticulture.

Our culinary highlights include homemade bacon and mountain cheese from Pilatus. Our cheese fondue, which is served with home-baked "Buurebrot", is also very popular. You will find other delicious dishes on our menu.

In the evening from 18:00 we serve a warm menu according to the chef's preferences. On Sunday from 12:00 noon we offer a delicious lunch menu.

For groups of 10 people or more, we offer a menu of your choice from our menu by prior arrangement.
