Sophro Suisse Genève brings together the training school: L'ACADEMIE SUISSE DE SOPHROLOGIE and the ASSOCIATION SUISSE des SOPHROLOGUES PROFESSIONNELS

1- The Swiss Academy of Sophrology is directed by Doctor Guy CHEDEAU.
Its ambition is a convivial and authentic humanism. It seeks an art of living based on balance and harmony, as well as a taste for bringing our actions into line with our deepest intentions. Sophrology was developed in 1960, for the study of consciousness and the values of existence, through processes that are its own and original.

His techniques, in line with current knowledge, enable Man, through a better understanding of himself, to adapt in an appropriate way to his environment.

Our current pace of life dramatically increases the stressors likely to cause psycho-physical disharmonies, the causes of many diseases. By learning to control or reduce the negative and destructive effects of stress, we maintain or re-establish the balance between body and mind, that is, thehealth.

The Dr Guy CHEDEAU , director of the Swiss Academy of Sophrology and a pupil of Professor CAYCEDO for nearly 25 years, dispenses sophrology in line with its origins and traditional teaching. In addition, Dr Guy CHEDEAU, Dr Raymond ABREZOL's closest collaborator, has remained faithful to the values of freedom, responsibility and dignity.

Our school imparts a humanistic approach to sophrology and maintains close links with the Swiss Association of Professional Sophrologists for continuing education.
