Provence Cheese Shop
Located at an altitude of 850 meters, on a veritable balcony overlooking Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps, our dairy and cheese factory is located in the commune of Provence, in the district of Jura Nord Vaudois.
Our cooperative consists of 20 farmers who supply us with high-quality milk from cows raised on the surrounding pastures, benefiting from a generous and green natural environment.
Our specialty: Le Creux-du-Van
A purely local product! It is a semi-hard cheese with a unique taste that is a must-try!
