CRANS-MONTANA" cheese from the TRONTIERES farm, BERCLAZ family, RANDOGNE
Come and discover our cheeses and tommeswhich we make with milk from our cows and mature in our cellar.
For over 50 years, Jean-Claude, Rodolphe and Samuel (who joined the family farm in the early 90s) have been delighting our customers with their expertise in processing, manufacturingand ripening. The 3rd generation, with Romain, Benoît and Xavier, arrive for the continuity of the family know-how on the farm-cheese dairy.
A craving for cheese at 3 o'clock in the morning? Friends arriving unexpectedly? A craving for raclette? Cheese (hand, "old", "less fat", tommes,...) to accompany the meal?... Come to the farm 24h/24 !
A vending machine is in front of our farm so you can buy our products 24 hours a day.
