"CRANS-MONTANA" cheese from Les Trontières farm – Berclaz family, Randogne
Come and discover our cheeses and tommes, made with milk from our own cows and matured in our cellar.
For over 50 years, Jean-Claude, Rodolphe, and Samuel (who joined the family farm in the early 1990s) have delighted our customers with their expertise in milking, cheesemaking, and aging.
Now, the third generation — Romain, Benoît, and Xavier — is taking over to carry on the family tradition on the farm and in the cheese dairy.
Craving cheese at 3 a.m.? Unexpected guests? A sudden urge for raclette? Or just a nice piece of cheese (hand-cut, aged, low-fat, tommes...) to go with your meal?
Come visit our farm — we're open 24/7!
A vending machine is located right in front of the farm, so you can buy our products any time, day or night.
