About us

Wilo Schmid AG was entered in the commercial register in Raron on March 26, 1993. The company founders Schmid Wilo, Theler Max and Theler Xaver took the plunge at a rather difficult time, but they never regretted it. By the beginning of 1994, they were already able to carry out work in their own workshop. In 2007, this had to be enlarged as the company had grown to more than 15 employees.

By 2011, 7 workers had already reached their 10th anniversary, which makes us very happy and encourages us in our work. In 2010, the succession plan was started by David Schmid. The company is now managed jointly by David and Wilo Schmid.

The company has modern machinery in the workshop, such as computer-controlled press brakes, impact shears, sawing and punching machines. The company also has modern welding stations to guarantee optimum solutions and good welding quality.
