The company RGB X-Tech AG, based in Rebstein SG, was founded in 2011 by René Gschwend and Ernst Steiger. It emerged from the SLYDE-WATCH HD3 project, which was developed by the designer Jorg Hysek.

Thanks to many years of experience and training at home and abroad, René Gschwend was able to take the company to a very sophisticated technical level in the field of precision mechanics in the first three years.

After initial steps in the watchmaking industry, a further business area was added with the medical sector, made possible by the auditing of an international medical company in 2014.

Thanks to our young, well-trained employees, we are a dynamic company with a high level of innovation.
