We have been a traditional family business in Reckingen/Goms since 1956. Because fresh baked goods can only be made with a lot of experience and passion, we will continue to rely on manual labor in the future.
Every day at the Simeon Reckingen/Goms bakery and pastry shop, we knead, bake, glaze, and decorate—by hand, honestly, and with attention to detail, by people who are enthusiastic about their work and love their profession.
We use natural, high-quality ingredients and work with traditional, forgotten baking methods. The result is fresh, tasty, and healthy products. We want to continue to focus on this simplicity and authenticity in the future, while also exploring new, innovative avenues.
Our customers should be able to enjoy our unique specialties every day.
