About our Italian restaurant
Having already demonstrated his passion and skill in Aargau with several successful restaurants, chef Francesco D'Onghia is now opening Ristorante 40 in Zurich. It is not just a new opening, but an invitation to discover Italy's culinary diversity in a modern yet authentic setting.
Our spacious restaurant can seat up to 90 guests indoors and has an additional capacity of 30 outdoor seats, where you can enjoy the special atmosphere of Zurich combined with our excellent service.
Francesco D'Onghia is not just a chef; he is a master of his craft. Every dish on the menu reflects his decades of experience, his love for Italy, and his commitment to quality. Under his leadership, each plate becomes a work of art that not only pleases the eye but also enchants the palate.
