Who am I and why Team-Change-Xperience?
For those who have been involved in the organization of team events and team development programmes for some time, you may remember me.
In 2004, I founded Conray AG and sold the company 14 years later. Back then in Reichenburg, we were the market leader in Switzerland in the field of experience-oriented team events and team building programs for corporate clients.

In 2009, I founded the subsidiary "Conray International" in Dubai, UAE. The focus here was on practice-oriented team development programs. In the same year, I also launched the subsidiary "Conray Intercultural" in Switzerland. (Dissolved in 2016)

In 2017, I set up "Lasergame Schweiz GmbH" in Zofingen. The company has been running completely autonomously for a few years now and I can concentrate purely on strategic development.


