With the aim of offering eelectrical apprenticeships the Erlenhof Foundation founded the internal training company Elektroservice in 2019 
Since then, the specialist staff have been traveling regionally with the apprentices and taking care of all electrical installations for both private and commercial customers. The training company is also responsible for the electrical work at Erlenhof.

Everything from small service work to small conversions, renovations, TV, network and telephony falls within the remit of the electrician. This makes the field of work particularly varied and interesting.

Handling a wide variety of machines, tools and materials promotes hands-on skills. The diverse tasks also support technical understanding and imagination. Performing electrical tasks in larger or smaller working groups supports the development of social skills. At the same time, this enables personal and individual support for apprentices and clients. Based on the close and trusting cooperation, the future electricians learn good manners, teamworking skills, the achievement of personal goals and a healthy self-confidence.
