Catering Zaraz Gastronomie

The ZARAZ company was founded on June 1, 2010, by Araz Abram. In the years prior to this, he gained experience in various culinary traditions of Michelin-starred gastronomy as a chef in six different countries. This expertise is incorporated into all areas of the kitchen, ensuring that the quality of the food on offer is consistently high. ZARAZ – this name is not only the first name of Araz, the founder and owner of ZARAZ GmbH. The Polish word "ZARAZ" means "right now" / "immediately" or "quickly" or even "directly" and is intended to reflect the company's philosophy of offering fast and uncomplicated services. In addition, the word ZARAZ is also a palindrome (ancient Greek for "running backwards"), i.e., a word that reads the same backwards as forwards. In a figurative sense, this means that our concept makes sense; or in other words, it works from A to Z – from start to finish and back again, because after the service is before the service.

In fall 2021, we founded ZARAZ Garten Gastronomie GmbH, which specializes in the production and delivery of lunch menus for canteens and schools, as well as in the events sector.

We are ambitious and want to do our job really well. Nevertheless, we can also rejoice in the success of others, because we do not see this as our failure, but because it shows what is fundamentally possible. And that spurs us on to set our own bar a little higher – wherever possible and sensible.
