Why did training as a dog and cat groomer appeal to me?

Because everything to do with animals, dogs in particular, interests me.

My curiosity was fully satisfied when I registered with IFSA (Institut de Formation en Soins Animaliers), in April 2019.

In fact, as part of my distance learning course in "canine and feline grooming", the various courses given cover, of course, all the subjects directly linked to grooming, but also other subjects, such as: "The main breeds (companion animals and NACs), Welcoming, education and behavior of the pet, Animal biology (morphology, anatomy, nutrition and dietetics), Hygiene, care (well-being, aesthetics and cosmetology)", etc. Most of these subjects are written by veterinarians.

Because doing a practical internship lasting several months in a major grooming salon, in Sion, enabled me:

- to experience, on a daily basis, the pleasure of working with animals

- to train myself in the various techniques of brushing, detangling, bathing, blow-drying, cutting, etc.

- to learn what is "doable" in grooming and what is "preferable" to avoid 

- to learn about cosmetology

- to discover - most interestingly for me - bath products adapted to each hair type + care products that treat a very specific problem.

And, finally, because in Life we're never done learning, discovering and marveling. Especially when, like me, you have the support of your husband in this Adventure.

So our products are adapted to hair type. In particular, we offer scissor trimming, clipper trimming, mask application, massage, claw trimming, ear care, eye care. 

Each hair type is unique.
