Ich wurde nicht bedient. Sie bedienten die Kunden, die nach mir kamen, zuerst; ohne Termin. Nach 40 min wartezeit bin ich weggegangen. Sie haben nichts gesagt und geschmunzelt. Nicht zu berücksichtigen, zu unprofessionell.
