The Gelateria Maia has always been a point of reference for lovers of good ice cream in Mendrisiotto. After a long wait and a complete redesign, it has reopened its doors for its loyal clientele or for those who simply want to treat themselves to a top-quality artisan ice cream by the lake.

The ice cream parlor's mission has always been to focus on raw materials, but we have gone the extra mile by using cutting-edge technology and even more refined ingredients.

Our ice cream is made exclusively by hand. We use the highest quality raw materials, 100% natural ingredients with no additives or colorings and only seasonal fruit.

Our sorbets are lactose-free and taste particularly good thanks to the careful selection of ingredients
