The ice cream shop's mission has always been to focus on raw ingredients, but we have gone even further by using state-of-the-art technology and even more refined ingredients.

Our ice cream is made exclusively by hand. We use the highest quality raw materials, 100% natural ingredients without additives or colorants, and only seasonal fruits.

Our sorbets are lactose-free and taste particularly good thanks to the careful selection of ingredients.
