Gemeindeverwaltung Röschenz

Röschenz lies on the southern slope of the Blauen above the Laufenerbecken basin and is located just a few kilometers from the German/French border. The village is divided in two by the Lützel valley; the total area is 1,007 hectares, of which around 330 hectares are used for agriculture, around 71 hectares are settlement area and the rest is forest (including water and rock). The highest point is the Forstberg at 810 m above sea level, the lowest point is in the lower Lützel Valley at 370 m above sea level, and the village center is at 452 m above sea level.
