Graduated from the Lausanne School of Physiotherapy in 1973, I soon realized that the mechanistic and selective approach taught at the time did not fit with my general vision of health.

Following several years of travel, I followed the Feldenkrais training in Paris (1985-1988) and later, the Rességuier (2005-2008) training.

The Feldenkrais method proposes a work of awareness through movement. It teaches how to manage pain, discomfort and limitations by encompassing them in the whole to regain economy and harmony of gesture.

The Rességuier method also develops awareness of how and who we are, in a work initiated by the intensity of the presence of the attendant who, with his hands and questioning, leads the patient to clarify their feelings

These two "tools" (Feldenkrais and Rességuier) generate stress reduction, decrease physical and mental pain, harmonize the emotional world, the life of these different levels being totally "engrammed" in the body.

The patient then regains a sense of competence and autonomy.

My work is aimed at anyone wishing to find solutions to remove the brakes of all kinds that prevent them from living harmoniously.

This approach also amounts to a better understanding of oneself deciphered through work on the body.

Sessions are reimbursed by the LAMAL with  medical prescription.
