Repairs & spare parts

When it comes to repairs, handy.ch offers an exceptionally good service. We make sure that you get your cell phone back within two days at the latest. We are often quicker, but this depends on the difficulty of the repair. If the battery or display is defective, we may also (have to) offer you a different solution, for example in the form of a new or different cell phone. This varies from case to case and is solved individually. We offer you a great service. You can decide whether you want our express service, for example. With a corresponding surcharge, we can repair your cell phone within an hour.

 

Courses

We show and practise with you how to use mobile devices - simply and easily!

We often find that inexperienced or older people in particular have difficulties using modern technology. Not everyone is able to use a smartphone straight away. That's why we have decided to include courses for beginners and people aged 50+ in our program.

We only offer these courses for small groups or - on request - also in individual lessons. It's fun to learn in a small group and even more fun among people of the same age. This way you do something for your head and also meet people.

Courses for beginners and inexperienced users of mobile devices

There are people who have never used a smartphone before. We offer courses for beginners for this target group. The necessary basic knowledge is taught and explained here. The course groups are deliberately kept small. It's easier to learn together in a group. It's more fun and you learn from each other.

You don't need to be ashamed of your questions, after all, the important thing is that you are on a course where you can clarify precisely these questions. Everyone has started using a cell phone, tablet or smartphone at some point. On request, we can also set up access to what's app, Google or Facebook, for example. So that you can stay in touch with your loved ones!

Course content

We at Handy.ch ensure that important data such as access data and passwords are saved or stored correctly. The course explains, for example, how to save a contact, how to write a text message or how to make a phone call easily. Useful functions such as reminders and alarms are also explained. Our courses take place here in Romanshorn. The course location is also very easy to reach by public transport.

The course location is in Romanshorn on the lake and is easily accessible by public transport. The course rooms are bright and attractive. The rooms are also accessible on foot with crutches, a rollator or wheelchair in the event of a disability. There is an elevator. Non-alcoholic drinks are provided for you as an additional service.

We are familiar with the devices from our own daily use. Depending on requirements and individual preferences, the models offer exceptional convenience and ease of use. Naturally, we can provide our customers with the best possible support and advice on the use of these devices. If you are unable to use a device, we also offer affordable courses.
