The classic Bahnhöfli spirit lives on in the Gaststube and Sääli: down-to-earth, traditional, familiar. Here, the village pub should be preserved and celebrated.

This resulted in the RIVERSIDE SALOON - Western Steakhouse and Bar - THE steakhouse in Root and the surrounding area. Here, tender steaks and juicy vegetables are grilled right in front of your eyes at the open fireplace (beech wood/charcoal).
At the entrance, you will be greeted by two original carriages from the estate of Angy Burri, which signal the concept of the new - and old - Bahnhöfli from the outside.
