Riwei AG was founded in 1979 by the father of business owner Marcel Weingartner and is now run by the second generation of the family.

During his apprenticeship as a painter, Marcel Weingartner already worked in his father's company and was thus well prepared for his future role. After his apprenticeship, father and son worked together for over 20 years until Marcel Weingartner took over the business in 2015.

He attaches particular importance to doing his work the way he would like it to be done at home.
