Here, we produce a wide range of products every day, including baked goods, sweet treats, puff pastries, and cakes, as well as our entire range of cold dishes.

This is also where the entire administration is based.

 

The shop

Here in Rothrist, we offer an attractive range of products from all areas, including bakery, pastry, cold dishes, and gifts. Our cheerful staff are on hand to serve you from early in the morning until closing time. This is the place to come if you need an aperitif, catering, a cake, or have any other special requests.

 

The bakery

Every day, we use a variety of grains, mostly from the region, to make delicious bread. Thanks to our craftsmanship and new technologies, our bread is allowed to rise without artificial leavening agents, which gives it a unique aroma and shelf life compared to other breads. We offer over 34 types of specialty breads every day, which you can easily enjoy the next day as well.

We not only make bread, but also our own croissants and rolls. All sweet items such as vanilla pastries, nut croissants, snails, and fruit tarts, as well as an extensive range of dry goods, are also produced here. Our puff pastry department is particularly strong, producing our famous sausage rolls, among other things.

 

Cold cuisine

In recent years, we have greatly expanded our production of hundreds of sandwiches, filled rolls, and various salads. Meter-long baguettes, cylinder party breads, and appetizers are also part of our standard range. We source our ingredients fresh from the region every day.

 

Administration

This is where all orders are processed and the production documents for the four production lines are created, as well as the delivery notes for all daily deliveries to the branches and delivery customers. All invoices are also created here. Human resources is also centrally located here, where the data and payroll for around 140 employees are managed and processed.
