Some notes about the center: 

The Ortho-Bio-Med center is located in Roveredo GR and was founded in 2008 to promote

and disseminate complementary and regulatory medicine in conjunction with conventional medicine.

Our team consists of 1 FMH doctor, 1 assistant doctor, 4 nurses, and 3 therapists.

Medical examinations, acupuncture, neural therapy, infusions, etc. are covered by basic health insurance.

The therapists are recognized by EMR/ASCA with complementary insurance.

The Ortho-bio-med center welcomes doctors, therapists, and naturopaths who wish to do an internship in the field of complementary/regulatory medicine, as the doctor is a teacher in various practices of the latter.

Given the constant increase in patients and requests from practitioners, this year we have expanded the facility considerably, also introducing some new features in the field of oncology.

To promote research, we have also established the "Norma and Walter Hürzeler" Foundation, which is committed to publishing studies and organizing seminars in Switzerland and abroad.

DOCTORS:

Dr. Olaf W. Kuhnke

Of German origin, from 2002 to 2008 he was medical director of the "Clinica AL RONC" in Castaneda. Alongside his specialization in general internal medicine, he completed numerous studies and master's degrees in the field of biological and complementary medicine, eventually becoming deputy head physician at a renowned clinic for conventional and complementary oncology in southern Bavaria (Klinik St. Georg Bad Aibling).
He teaches courses and participates in conferences at an international level as a lecturer/speaker in the field of complementary medicine. Between 2009 and 2011, he was president of ZAEN, the largest European association of doctors for complementary medicine.

 

Dr. Davide Dello Buono

Of Italian origin, he graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Siena in 2012.
He decided to move to Switzerland immediately and, after obtaining recognition of his Federal Medical Diploma, began a specialization in complementary medicine.
He worked for seven months at the Swiss Anti Aging Center in Ticino (Dr. med. Werner Nussbaumer) and, since January 2015, has been working at the Ortho Bio Med Specialist Treatment Center as an assistant physician under the guidance of Dr. Olaf W. Kuhnke.

Giovanni Chetta

 

After obtaining a Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology with a specialization in biochemistry in 1988 (University of Milan), he furthered his education by obtaining, among other things, a Master's Degree in Posturology (University of Milan-Bicocca), a diploma in Massage Physiotherapy (Centro Studi Superiori, Bergamo), and in 2013, a Doctor of Science in Chiropractic (Honolulu University – USA).

In addition to his therapeutic work at various clinical facilities, he has been involved in research for many years: from 2006 to 2010, he collaborated with the Faculty of Medicine at Charité University in Berlin, since 2012 he has been a founding member of the Fascia Research Society (Boulder, Colorado, USA), and since July 2014 he has been a member of the Technical Scientific Committee for Bio-Natural Disciplines (DBN) of the Lombardy region. In 2012, he founded the TIBodywork Institute (Arcore MB, Italy), a therapy, research, and training center accredited by the Lombardy Region. He has numerous lectures, conferences, and international publications to his credit. In Switzerland, he is recognized by the CRS and complementary health insurance companies as a Medical Masseur, and his specializations at the Ortho-Bio-Med center are:
