Direct sales began in 2009 with meat shares and various participations in local markets.

In November 2016, we opened our sales premises in Cressier in the center of the village, in our renovated barn.

A great way to exchange with a very interested clientele.

We offer products from our farm: flours, oils, sourdough breads, braids, vegetables from our garden, dried sausages, dried meat and  meat (frozen), syrups, apple juice and other preparations according to the season. Other organic and non-organic products are also available, all from the short circuit.

Cereals

• Starch, einkorn, spelt, wheat, rye, Bordeaux red and khorasan are produced on the estate.

Flakes

• Our cereals are also available as flakes.

Flakes

• A part of the harvested cereals is transformed into flour by our mill, into half-white, bise and integral flour.

Pasta

• Spelt and starch semolina are transformed into pasta, cornettes, tagliatelle, shells, etc thanks to our extruder. 

Pains

• All our breads are based on our flours, either 100% of a single flour, or a mixture of them. Saturday braid is offered in the store. Depending on the season/month, a specialty is offered.

Eggs

• Fresh from the farm to the store or direct from the farm

Rape seed oil

• Part of our rapeseed is cold-pressed, bottled.

Nut oil

• Our walnuts are harvested by hand, without machines, broken with a hammer in winter to bring out the kernels to finally be cold-pressed and bottled.

Meat

• Our meats are presented in frozen form or as dried meats. It is possible to reserve a batch of meat in advance.

Vegetables

• Different vegetables directly from our kitchen garden, depending on the season.
