The rights of families

In all situations, families are free to choose their funeral home, regardless of the place of death and the deceased's place of residence. After an emergency intervention ordered by the police, the organization can also be entrusted to the desired company.

 

Families choose:

• the location of the ceremony
• the type of ceremony, whether religious or secular
• the day and time of the ceremony
• the place of rest, funeral home or at home
• the clothing

 

Families can:

• participate in preparing the deceased and dressing them
• be present when the body is placed in the coffin
• gather in the mortuary
• place personal items in the coffin
• be present when the coffin is closed
• suggest relatives to carry the coffin
• Follow the hearse to the church
• bring familiar objects for the ceremony
• dispose freely of the urn and ashes
• attend the interment of the ashes at the cemetery

 

We are happy to inform families of the costs of our services, as well as those incurred by third parties, such as cremation, obituary notices, etc.
