Children between the ages of 4 and 11 are particularly receptive to hypnosis thanks to their ability to play with their imaginations. Simply have them imagine a place where they feel good, and through relaxation, they will learn to communicate with their " all-knowing part " and will then be ready to receive messages and solutions to the questions they have.

2 to 3 sessions are often necessary to help children modify a behavior  they no longer desire.

The child needs time between each session to allow the unconscious to work. The child's involvement is essential if change is to take place.
