Verkauf ok. Maschinen Service Katastrophe
Habe die Kaffeemaschine dort gekauft, alles gut. Wollte die Reparatur nach 4 oder 6 Jahre auch da vornehmen lassen da ich sie ja her hatte. Es wurde eine telefonische Kostenprognose erstellt. Aufgezählt zum tauschen wurden auch ein paar Teile wie z.B Dichtungen oder Mahlwerk. Das wird Teuer! Nachdem die Reparatur abgeschlossen war und die Maschine abholte, ohne Testlauf vor, fuhr ich nach Hause und wollte ein Kaffee genießen. Und zur meiner Überraschung Rattert die Maschine ziemlich laut und es hörte sich alles unrund an. Die Maschine wurde insgesamt noch zweimal zurückgebracht ohne das die Geräusche und Mängel beseitigt wurden. Einmal lag es an der Einstellung, einmal an einen elektronischen Teil. Ach ja als ich noch fragte ob das Mahlwerk neu sei, hieß es, ja klar...meine nur es hat die gleichen Flecken wie das alte Mahlwerk. Dan hieß es es wurde Teil revidiert. Ich fühlte mich über den Tisch gezogen. Habe dann die Teile über Ebay gekauf und selbst repariert. Spezialisten hahaha
