Kosten zu hoch

Die Rechnung viel höher aus wie im Voraus vereinbart. Ohne Röntgenaufnahme gleicher Preis wie mit Röntgenaufnahme. Auf mein Anfragen reagierte man mit Arroganz und Überheblichkeit. Rechnung wurde erst beim zweiten Schreiben um 6 CHF reduziert. Ein Witz wie man mit Patientenanliegen umgeht und in welcher Sicherheit man sich wiegt. Nie wieder - den Weg kann man sich sparen.

Sehr freundliche Leute, keine Schmerzen

Ich habe schon ein paar Termine dort gehabt. Immer freundlich empfangen, freundlich und schmerzfrei behandelt worden. Mir wurde immer gesagt was gerade gemacht wird. Sehr zu empfehlen.
