In addition to delicious rösti, such as Metro Rösti with fine veal liver or rösti with shredded local Hérens beef in Stroganoff sauce, you will also find the famous Chateaubriand "Fleur du Rohne," or the house specialty, beefsteak tartare, which is prepared at your table according to your wishes.
