AXECIB formation d'adultes is a training institution created in early 2004 by a formateur et une formatrice d'adultes au parcours professionnel riche et varié. Small in size, AXECIB aims to offer quality services to its customers and participants, as closely as possible to their real needs and expectations. The field experience of the two providers as well as their integration into the economic and training fabric ensure a strong cohesion with current training demand. In addition to their expertise in the field of skills and training engineering, AXECIB's trainers make a point of adapting their services to the specific context and requirements of each of their customers.
 
AXECIB's preferred areas of training and intervention are:

• The training of adult trainers for all modules leading to the Brevet fédéral de formateurs d'adultes (accredited by the FSEA).
• Continuing training courses for trainers, within institutions and on various themes (communication and group dynamics, conflict management, exchanges of practice, adults in training, etc.
