The Alpchäsi, built by the Muscherental multi-purpose cooperative, has been responsible for processing the tasty alpine milk from the surrounding alps for more than 20 years. Currently, 7 farmers who summer their cows in the immediate vicinity deliver their milk to the Alpchäsi once a day.

We look forward to spoiling you with regional delicacies in our Alpbeizli. Of course, our focus is on cheese and Nidle, but we also offer other delicacies.

An unforgettable moment to enjoy a creamy fondue, a tasty raclette, a delicious z'Vieri-Plättli, a fine vegetable soup with or without pork sausage or a delicious dessert, such as meringue u Nidle, fruit cake or our giant nut croissants, on our beautiful sun terrace or in the cozy Stübli.

On our terrace we offer space for around 60 people (with or without sun). If it is a little cooler or even bad weather, there is room for around 36 people in the alpine hut.

For the little ones and the young at heart there are various toys and games.

Dogs are very welcome here, but unfortunately are not allowed in our Alpbeizli. They are welcome to enjoy the outdoors on our terrace or be sheltered with you in our shelter or wait for you there.
