Obwalden Cantonal Hospital – the 'extra' on Lake Sarnen.
The Obwalden Cantonal Hospital (KSOW) is idyllically located in park-like surroundings by the lake, with a magnificent view of the unspoiled pre-Alpine landscape.
The KSOW primarily provides basic care for the local population, summer and winter tourists, and passers-by. Since the introduction of free choice of hospital, patients from outside the canton can also easily take advantage of our services.
We attach great importance to high-quality treatment, qualified and motivated employees, and the continuous optimization of our services. Our patients appreciate the personal treatment and care, the new, friendly premises, and the warm atmosphere in the hospital.
