Ce traitement débute avec la confection de gouttières réalisées à partir des empreintes et se poursuit à domicile à l'aide d'un gel à base de peroxyde d'hydrogène.

Aucun traitement blanchissant ne devrait toutefois être effectué sans un bilan bucco-dentaire préalable, au cours duquel votre médecin-dentiste s'assure de l'absence d'autres pathologies.
