During the week, we cook a variety of lunches. Craftsmen, office workers, ski instructors, vacation guests, juniors, senior citizens and many more love the fresh food.

We attach great importance to regionality. The majority of products have short distances. They come from Graubünden or eastern Switzerland. Regional gourmet craftsmanship is very important. Nevertheless, we do not forget that our guests love variety. We always flirt with South Tyrolean cuisine or traditional Italian specialties.
