With us, you receive a high-quality and comprehensive range of services, starting with the first customer contact through to project planning/design, system construction including control, system maintenance and the decommissioning and dismantling of your refrigeration systems.

Planning a refrigeration system

We accompany the construction of a cooling system from planning to installation and commissioning.

We value personal contact and try to start a project as often as possible during an on-site visit to the customer. This gives us the opportunity to plan a cooling system that is individually tailored to the customer.

In addition to high availability and cost-effectiveness, we focus on sustainability and energy optimization. A cooling system optimized to your needs helps you to significantly reduce the consumption of fossil fuels for heating purposes and thus CO2 emissions. There is often a conflict between economic and ecological points, which we objectively demonstrate to the customer.

Refrigeration technology as part of building technology

Refrigeration technology has long since ceased to be a separate sector that fulfills a purpose on its own. As an energy-intensive unit, it needs to be integrated into a building as well as possible. Noise emissions are just as much an issue as waste heat utilization. With cooling systems, we also have the option of storing energy at different temperature levels.

Functional principle of heat recovery

With heat recovery, we make the waste heat generated during cooling usable for the customer.

This heat is often fed into a heat recovery boiler to generate hot water. This allows the available waste heat to be put to good use. This can be used for heating or as domestic hot water.

If you have a newer pircher partner KÄLTE UND KLIMA AG system including a new PLC control system, we also offer remote maintenance.

Minimize costs by saving on travel and benefit from our remote support.

To ensure the availability of your chiller and avoid malfunctions, we recommend annual maintenance by our specialist staff. Our service also includes the necessary leak check on your refrigeration system. This is prescribed by the FOEN and must be arranged by the operator of the system.

Duty to report

Legal obligation to report your refrigeration system:

Since January 1, 2004, the operation of refrigeration systems with more than 3 kg of refrigerant has been subject to mandatory reporting by the FOPER (Federal Office for the Environment, formerly SAEFL).

As authorized refrigeration specialists with many years of experience, we take care of the legally compliant implementation of the Substances Ordinance for you.
