Taking advantage of psychological counseling often means having made a decision for a change or a new goal, although it is not yet clear how to achieve this goal.

Sometimes, however, there is simply a desire to feel better, to act more autonomously, to think more independently or to create more vibrant relationships.

This often involves questions and issues relating to our own personal development, conflicts with other people and critical situations in which we are not yet able to recognize the solutions.

The decision to seek psychological support in a situation we experience as problematic is the first step on the way to finding a solution.
