To round off our first-class service, the owner will work with you

Mold remediation

Moisture and mold occur in every fourth to fifth household in Switzerland. They range from frequently fogged window panes to small mold spots to large-scale mold infestation and stains in various rooms.

Mold and its spores are found everywhere in our environment, and their negative impact on health is closely related to the amount of mold particles in the air. We distinguish between three different classes:

Class S: Normal condition or minor infestation. Area up to max. palm size
Class L: Moderate to severe infestation. Area between 0.5 and 10 m².
Class XL: Extreme infestation. Area larger than 10 m² or dense mold growth.
