  Individual consultations offer the advantage that I can respond individually to the client's problem and work specifically on the perception of the problems.

Working towards a problem does not mean that I can or will solve the problem, but rather that I support the client in their search for solutions to develop their own behavioral strategies.

On request, the consultations can also be carried out at home.

Illness-related absences from work

Are employees repeatedly absent from work due to illness and you are wondering why?

 

Nowadays, the problem that employees are on sick leave for longer and longer is becoming more and more common. As an employer, the only option at the end of the day is usually dismissal, as these employees generate high costs.

This does not solve the problem of employee sickness, however, but only exacerbates it by shifting the work to the rest of the workforce. After all, the company wants to cut costs in order to remain competitive.

This creates a so-called snowball system and these employees often fall ill again due to the pressure of this extra work. In the short term, this approach by the employer works. In the long term, however, it cannot be a solution.

There are ways to counteract this.

One solution could be to talk to employees to find out why they are taking more sick days than other employees.
