In the beginning, it was just a small gymnastics studio - now the offer ranges from creative children's dance, classical ballet, jazz dance, Contemporary Jazz, Modern Dance and Hip Hop via Gymnastics, Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Pilates , Yoga . Move & Tone to the course Jazzfit, Toning and Stretch..

The number of places in our courses is limited - it is important to us that the classes are manageable and that we can provide targeted, personalized corrections.

The personal atmosphere, targeted corrections and the progress achieved by everyone are also what sets us apart from large dance or fitness centers and we are proud of the many loyal members from Schlieren, the Limmattal, the City of Zurich and the Aargau!

The studio has a hall of 96m², checkrooms, showers and a lounge with a play area.

We have daylight in the dance hall and lounge. On Thursday mornings we offer a lesson with a children's cot.
