Because we make everything by hand, we cannot compete with large distributors on price. However, we can respond to individual customer requests and produce custom-made products. We also score highly when it comes to freshness. Take Easter bunnies, for example: in industry, they are produced three to four months in advance, whereas we start production at most three months in advance, or usually even later.

We offer a wide and varied range of products, which we source without purchased finished products wherever possible.

We use raw materials from the region
- Meat from the Sandmeier butcher's
- Fruit from the region, e.g., strawberries from Lüscher farm, Muhen
- Vegetables and fruit from the farmer in Niederlenz
- We source most of our ingredients from Pistor in Rothenburg

Bakery

In Beck Mathys' bakery, many different types of grain are processed into various types of bread and pastries. Whenever possible, we prefer to use raw materials from the surrounding area.

Bread is an important part of quality of life.

Pastry

Our cakes and pastries are made in-house and are always a treat of the highest quality. Sweet treats are always welcome, and we always have classic favorites and new creations available.

Confectionery

It is often the little things that bring the greatest joy

This includes all the fine delicacies from our confectionery. The finest pralines, homemade pastries, special gifts
