From nurse to naturopath.
I was interested not only in medicine and surgery, but also in obstetrics and emergency care, and I was able to gain experience in various departments. Later, I worked for several years in the healthcare sector in Ecuador and Papua New Guinea. As a result, I have knowledge of Spanish, English, and French. In Switzerland, I also worked for several years in home care and psychiatry.
For several years, I continued my education in alternative and complementary medicine at the Academy for Holistic Medicine in Baar, under the direction of Dr. Jürg Hess. In 2011, I completed my training as a certified naturopath TEN (traditional European naturopathy).
I also treat children and elderly people.
In order to maintain the quality label and health insurance recognition, I complete further training courses every year.
I am happy to support you in your health, whether it be prevention or in case of illness. I offer athletes in particular the electrolysis foot bath, which is very suitable for rapid regeneration.
Many ailments and illnesses can be alleviated or cured with herbal remedies. Phytotherapy (Greek phyton = plant, therapeia = care), i.e. herbal medicine, is considered one of the oldest healing methods. Many recipes have been handed down for generations and continuously refined. With its diverse applications (e.g., teas, tablets, drops, ointments, wraps, baths, essential oils), herbal medicine remains an important form of treatment in naturopathy.
The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that currently 80% of the world's population uses herbal medicine for medical treatment.
Environmental influences, medications, mold, chemicals, alcohol, nicotine, stress—none of these things make us healthier. Detoxification is recommended, preferably twice a year, in the spring and fall. However, this requires sufficient energy. A person who is emaciated and weak, or who may have suffered from a serious illness, cannot detoxify. In this case, energy must first be supplied. In addition, the treatments aim to stimulate the immune system and activate the body's self-healing powers.
Do you know that refreshing feeling after a summer thunderstorm? We owe this to the cleansing effect of the thousands of ions formed in the air. The Body Detox electrolysis foot bath is based on the same principle. The salt bath is ionized by electrolysis, which stimulates the body to eliminate toxins. Various substances that burden the body, such as uric acid, are eliminated through the sweat glands on the feet.
Cupping is a skin stimulation therapy that is one of the detoxification methods. Cupping glasses are placed on the skin to remove toxins through the skin. There are three different types of cupping: dry cupping, wet cupping, and cupping massage. Cupping is also one of the common treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine.
Colorpuncture therapy is a special type of bioresonance therapy. Bioresonance therapy according to Dr. Wolfgang Ludwig is particularly suitable for treating disorders of the immune system and metabolism, as it removes regulatory blockages and activates the body's self-regulation. Bioresonance is also used successfully for chronic diseases, intolerances, allergies, and ADHD. Even babies and toddlers can be treated.
Foot reflexology involves applying pressure to various organ reflex points to stimulate blood flow to the individual organs. This not only increases oxygen transport but also the removal of toxins and harmful substances. In general, this massage is very beneficial, as our feet are exposed to a great deal of stress every day.
In classic massage, various techniques are used to stimulate the tissue, muscles, and lymphatic system. This promotes blood circulation, oxygen uptake, and the removal of waste products.
