The examination of the holistic nature that characterizes us humans and nature motivates me again and again to deal with health holistically. My own health challenges also pointed me in the right direction.

We are part of nature. So life is the search for balance so that we can be with the various issues and challenges that everyday life brings.

In my work, I recognize the suffering, the symptom or the challenge. At the same time, the orientation towards health, towards personal resources, is an important part of achieving more self-regulation.
