With this in mind, we are continuously developing all of the municipality's services. We are currently paying particular attention to the following projects and topics:

• Community communication (publicity principle, website, newsletter, WhatsApp, forum events, GR meeting)

• Concepts for old age, early childhood and integration

• Emergency housing, housing for refugees, affordable housing 

• Biodiversity, Greifensee nature network

• Renaturalization of Chimlibach and Guntenbach

• Implementation of overall traffic concept (30 km/h, parking on public land, local thoroughfare)

• Renovation/development of properties (cemetery, fire station and works building, family center, community center)

• Renovation/development of utility structures (roads, water, waste water, energy, street lighting, solar systems)

• Development of football pitch

• Revision of building and zoning regulations 

• Development of administrative structures, digitalization of administrative processes
