• Municipal communication (principle of public access, website, newsletter, WhatsApp, forum events, municipal council meetings)

• Concepts for the elderly, early childhood, and integration

• Emergency housing, housing for refugees, affordable housing

• Biodiversity, Greifensee nature network

• Renaturation of Chimlibach and Guntenbach

• Implementation of the overall transport concept (30 km/h speed limit, parking on public land, through traffic)

• Renovation/development of properties (cemetery, fire station and workshop building, family center, community center)

• Renovation/development of supply structures (roads, water, sewage, energy, street lighting, solar panels)

• Development of soccer field

• Revision of building and zoning regulations

• Development of administrative structures, digitization of administrative processes
