More than 10 years ago, I was in exactly the same place and I knew that I didn't want to go on like this. I made a decision... I started my own journey with psychosocial support in the form of soul-centered coaching. And today I accompany people like you and me into their power with my coaching. I help you to feel yourself, to overcome fears, to optimize your thoughts in the form of negative beliefs, attitudes and thought patterns (self-image), to question trained behaviors and to give more weight to needs and your inner voice. So that you learn to say no, stand up for yourself, courageously try out new things, follow inner impulses and act and implement them.
